CoStar Group is the world’s leading commercial real estate analytics platform, providing a breadth of data and details behind properties, in order to help brokers and real estate owners make informed decisions.

As a Senior Content Strategist at Streetsense, I am the lead for the CoStar Group account, developing social marketing strategies for the brands within it, including CoStar US, CoStar Canada, and CoStar Group (its corporate brand).

For each of these three brands, I’m responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing social copy written by those in my team, across each of the three brands’ social accounts (including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram)

  • Creating monthly editorial calendars and pitching new ideas

  • Working closely with our account managers and digital performance experts to execute our clients’ vision

  • Advising on social strategies based on reported metrics

  • Reporting on the engagements- and clicks-related metrics every quarter, and presenting our findings to the client

  • Optimizing the content on each of the platform’s ad managers

  • Drafting social copy when needed
